Osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages and can be used to treat acute and chronic conditions including:

  • Back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Any lower limb problems including hip, knee, ankle and foot
  • Aching muscles
  • Work-related issues (RSI)
  • Trapped nerves
  • Chronic pain conditions
  • Whiplash disorderssafein our hands

In May 2009 the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) published guidelines to improve the early management of persistent non-specific low back pain, setting out a range of effective mainstream and complementary treatments, including the use osteopathy. The guideline recommends what care and advice the NHS should offer to people affected by low back pain.
