The ancient art of Yoga can be traced back as far as 2000 years ago and is elaborated beautifully within the text know as the: 'Yoga Sutras', by Patanjali (a Yoga Sage).

It is a discipline designed to stretch and tone the body, develop breath awareness and most importantly promote relaxation and a sense of well-being.

It is a great whole body de-stress system designed to control negative thoughts and replace these with feelings of positivity and a great attitude particularly useful for today's hectic and demanding society that we live in.
