After gaining her B.Sc. in 1997 Paola went onto to further her studies and focus her energy towards the structural therapies.

She holds a Yoga Teaching Diploma with the International Yoga Teachers Association and an Oxford Cambridge and RSA certificate specialist subject: Pilates.

Paola draws from a wealth of teaching experience providing clients with lots of encouragement and clear guidance. She runs regular weekly Pilates & Yoga classes; courses and offers specially tailored 1:1 tuition.

She holds a Master Diploma in Clinical Sports Massage and is an Associate member of the Active Foundation Registered Sports Massage Therapists.
